Common Tips

Alkira is designed to be operated simply and seamlessly, but just in case you have got a little lost, here are a few simple tips for using the app:

  • Enabling Permissions: For Alkira to be fully functional please ensure that you have allowed access to the microphone, speech recognition, and location usage. On your Apple device you can check this by going to Settings and selecting the Alkira App, and then ensuring that each permission is enabled.
  • At Alkira, we are continually improving our product. On your Apple device, It is recommended that you enable automatic App Store updates so that you receive any updates to our app. You can enable this by navigating to Settings and selecting “iTunes & App Store” and ensuring that the “Updates” option is enabled.
